I’m Sharay Larsen, and here’s what I know for sure:
Big, life-changing insights are amazing—but unless they actually change how you live, they fade into “Oh yeah, that one time I had a breakthrough...”
I’ve been there. My journey through NOSC work, Jungian depth psychology, nature immersion, and sacred plant medicine taught me that transformation doesn’t happen during the experience—it happens afterward, when you choose to make those insights part of your life.
Because LIFE IS THE CEREMONY!
As an integration coach, I help you turn those lightning-bolt moments from psychedelic therapy, micro-dosing, or breathwork into real, sustainable change. Using holistic frameworks, mindfulness, guided imagery, alchemical principles, and ancestral wisdom, we’ll uncover the gold in your journey and figure out how to embody it in your daily life.
This isn’t about fixing you (you’re not broken). I believe we already hold the wisdom we need to grow into our fullest potential—it’s just waiting to be uncovered. My role is to help you access your inner knowing by combining intuitive approaches and meeting you where you are in each moment.
Together, we’ll explore both the conscious and unconscious, weaving in the tools and practices that resonate with your journey and craft a path of deep inner transformation that reconnects you with your innate inner wisdom.
