I’m Sharay Larsen, and here’s what I know for sure:

Big, life-changing insights are amazing, but unless they actually change how you live, they fade into “Oh yeah, that one time I had a breakthrough...”

I’ve been there. My own path through Jungian depth psychology, non-ordinary states of consciousness, nature immersion, and sacred plant medicine has taught me (and continues to teach me) that transformation doesn’t happen during the moment of insight; it happens afterward, when you choose to weave those revelations into your life.

I’m a certified Jungian and Integration Coach, and my work bridges both of these approaches, supporting you in moments of breakthrough, in everyday life transitions, and in the quiet unfolding of your inner world.

Integration Coaching

Integration is about carrying the wisdom of non-ordinary states into your everyday life. Whether sparked by psychedelic medicine, microdosing, breathwork, or other ceremonial practices, these experiences are often profound, but without integration, their power fades.

Through integration coaching, we:

• Identify and ground the insights from your NOSC experiences.

• Use mindfulness, guided imagery, and somatic practices to embody your learnings.

• Draw on alchemical and ancestral wisdom to transform breakthroughs into sustainable change.

Integration coaching helps you harvest the gold of your experience and live it fully.

Jungian-Based Coaching

Jungian-based coaching invites you to explore the deeper layers of your psyche; the symbols, archetypes, and unconscious patterns that shape your story. This work is not limited to NOSC but touches all aspects of life, from relationships and work to creativity and personal growth. Through my commitment to my own Wounded Healer’s journey, I help clients find their own personal myth or soul’s purpose.

Through Jungian coaching, we:

• Work with archetypes, dreams, and imagination to uncover hidden meaning.

• Explore shadow material and unconscious patterns that hold you back.

• Reconnect you with your inner authority, creativity, and potential.
